英國大學(xué)史上超大規(guī)模招生，還新增了這些專業(yè)！

各種利好政策的出臺，英國申請量的暴增，讓2020年成了“史上最難留學(xué)申請季”。但是，又由于今年海外疫情的持續(xù)升級，2020年轉(zhuǎn)而成了“史上最難入學(xué)季”。

 

又不少同學(xué)都選擇了延遲到2021年入學(xué)，這勢必會擠壓2021年留學(xué)的申請空間。

 

不過，英國高校都在采取積極的應(yīng)對措施，以減緩疫情對學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)的影響。

 

英國新增春季入學(xué)專業(yè)

 

不少英國大學(xué)大幅增開2021年春季開學(xué)的專業(yè)，而這些專業(yè)不僅面向延期的同學(xué)，還接受新申請（也有例外）。

 

同時，2021年英國秋季碩士通道也悄然開放。

 

 

英國迎來史上超大規(guī)模春季招生

 

2021春季開學(xué)時間：2021年1-2月

春季申請截止時間：2020年6-10月

 

這里先簡單介紹一下英國大學(xué)的春季開學(xué)：
 

雖然英國大學(xué)的主開學(xué)季是秋季（9月/10月），但也有小部分學(xué)校提供春季開學(xué)（1月/2月）的選項(xiàng)，如往年有格拉斯哥大學(xué)的工程學(xué)院，考文垂大學(xué)、斯特靈大學(xué)、牛津布魯克斯大學(xué)的部分專業(yè)。

一般來說，春季開學(xué)申請主要面向以下幾種背景的同學(xué)：

1、著手準(zhǔn)備留學(xué)比較晚，錯過了秋季入學(xué)申請的同學(xué)，但不想gap一年。

2、在秋季申請中申請失敗，無緣理想院校的同學(xué)。

3、在本科階段由于重修或補(bǔ)考等問題，未能達(dá)到秋季入學(xué)通知書要求的條件的同學(xué)。

4、語言考試成績不到位的同學(xué)。

5、高考成績不理想，不想復(fù)讀，打算出國留學(xué)。

 

來看一下有哪些高校新增了春季開學(xué)專業(yè)：

 

 

約克大學(xué)

 

以下專業(yè)增開2021年1月18日開學(xué)。

并且，所有已經(jīng)拿到offer的同學(xué)將收到郵件，并需要對開學(xué)日期作出選擇。

如果選擇2021年1月開學(xué)，約克大學(xué)將會發(fā)放新的錄取通知書，CAS申請將從10月份開始。如果選擇2020年9月開學(xué)，現(xiàn)在就可以申請CAS了。

新開的1月入學(xué)的專業(yè)可接受新申請，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)開放。

不同專業(yè)的申請截止日期有所不同，如Global Marketing專業(yè)1月入學(xué)的申請截止日期是2020年12月3日。

 

 

薩里大學(xué)

 

薩里大學(xué)2021年春季開學(xué)時間為2月。所有2月開學(xué)的專業(yè)均可接受新申請。但現(xiàn)在申請還沒有開放，預(yù)計8月開放。
