一、卡迪夫大學
卡迪夫的人力資源專業(yè)其實算是全英比較好也比較良心的,課程設(shè)置非常細致偏重于研究實用化,從人員的挑選的前期準備開始到合理的激勵員工,再到解聘和養(yǎng)老金的發(fā)放,還為學生提供分析掌握雇傭關(guān)系,人力資源管理,及組織理論的相關(guān)知識。
同時,分析介紹國際人力資源管理的發(fā)展趨勢,這是國內(nèi)所沒有的。
卡迪夫的HR專業(yè)有CIPD(Chartered Institute of Personnel Development — 英國人事發(fā)展特許協(xié)會)認證,這玩意兒留英很有用,但回國然并卵。
卡迪夫的人力資源管理專業(yè)的課程有四個基本模塊:

格拉斯哥大學的人力資源管理專業(yè)分為兩個部分:
第一個部分側(cè)重管理方面的知識傳授和技能培養(yǎng),包括策略,管理和市場營銷,學生會對于管理方面的知識有一個很充分的認識;

但是要參加Practitioner Pathway,選修課程中一定要選擇Industrial Relations,還有Training and Development和Gender and Equality at Work in Comparative Perspective中的一門課程。
申請要求:
- 要求本科專業(yè)是社會科學或是相關(guān)專業(yè),或者是有相關(guān)工作或?qū)嵙暯?jīng)驗

這兩個專業(yè)都得到了CIPD(英國特許人事發(fā)展協(xié)會)的認證,畢業(yè)之后,可以向CIPD申請成為專業(yè)會員。
International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations更關(guān)注全球范圍的HRM,而Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations則更關(guān)注單個國家內(nèi)的HRM。
